Q: I forgot my WhatsApp Lock password. What do I do?

A: Because your password is securely hashed and stored locally on your own computer, we cannot see it or reset it for you. You will need to remove the extension from Chrome and reinstall it to set a new password.

Q: The blurring isn't working on my screen.

A: Try refreshing your WhatsApp Web tab. If WhatsApp recently updated their layout, the extension might need a minor update to catch up to their changes. Please report this to us via email!

Q: How do I unblur a message to read it?

A: Simply hover your mouse cursor over the blurred text or image, and it will instantly reveal itself. It will blur again the moment you move your mouse away.
